Here's the layout featuring Hilary Duff. :) The next one I'm working on is Actually Lalaine (the trio are from Lizzie Mcguire) but I can't seem to find much pictures. Those huge Lalaine fans out there, send me some! :). The blend in this layout is kind of big, so it might take a while to load. It can also depend on the ourworld server. (might get cranky sometimes) Remember to change %%PREV%% and %%NEXT%% and %%USERNAME%% to small caps. This is the code for the main page.
